I’m stuck here, and I have a lot to do

Published on 3/25/2025

We hope everyone can do what they need to do, as well as what they want to do.

This blog recommends that you avoid getting stuck and take action when you have many tasks to handle.

We understand that some people may be busy due to specific reasons or situations, but if you are always busy, you should take a moment to reflect on the cause.

What’s the reason for your busyness?

If you think you’re always busy, you should first reflect on why you’re so busy.

We believe that being busy has harmful effects on us.

You like being busy, right?

Actually, you think being busy is okay.

Because many people rely on you, that’s why you’re busy.

Being busy is the state of a ‘professional’ businessman.

Busy people are cool.

If you feel positive about being busy, you should check your mindset. Do you actually want to be in such a busy situation?

If you agree with it, that’s fine. But if you’re not satisfied with such busy days, you should reconsider how you’re spending your time.

Don’t say ‘I’m busy

Do you manage your time well?

You feel busier than you actually are when you say ‘I’m busy.’ We recommend you reduce saying this phrase.

Some people think that an ‘always busy’ person can’t manage their time or situations.

Don’t get stuck—take action continuously

If you don’t say ‘I’m busy,’ unfortunately, you’re still busy in reality.

From now on, we recommend ways to act continuously.

Create your to-do list

If you don’t use a to-do list, start creating one. If you already have one, you should review and maintain it.”

You will identify your time wasters.

There’s a difference in how people perceive time wasted. Your feelings are valid and personal to you.

Common time-wasters include:

  • Watching too much TV or spending excessive time on your phone
  • Wasting time being lazy
  • Going to drinking parties when you don’t want to attend

If you reduce these time-wasters, you’ll gain extra time.

If you still feel like you don’t have enough time, please follow this blog.

You will discover your unconscious time

We recommend that you record your time, and by doing so, you will uncover your unconscious time.

Recording your time gives you an objective view.

Did you find extra time?

Reviewing your work style

Do you have extra tasks?

If you were your boss, a colleague, or a professional consultant, you should consider a different point of view.

You also have the option to ask someone for advice—this can be effective for improving your work

Take time for sleep and rest

Health is the most important thing, and it also boosts our productivity.

If you don’t feel well and can’t concentrate on your work, working for long hours is a waste of time

You know what to do, but you may not.

If everyone could do everything—reading, listening to good things—nobody would worry about anything.

We’re here to support you. If you’re not doing it already, we’ll always help you increase your productivity.

We hope you’ll be able to manage your time better and make your life brighter.
